Exchange policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange you can contact us at aninikothelabel@outlook.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be processed or accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as swimwear that after inspection we realise have already been worn, due to hygiene reasons.

If we inspect your item and deem it has not be sent back in the appropriate way it was sent to you, i.e. damages or rips, we will send the item back for you to keep but will be unable to exchange it for you.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us straight away so we can arrange for a new order to be made in your correct size and requirements.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified and your new desired item will be shipped out as soon as possible.
